Honestly I’m so tired of this Oedipus shit that I’d rather this gal be a victim to the bear. Unless maybe she gets scarred up enough to have a cool design, but 1. Yoshi won’t do scars for female characters, and 2. We already have too many white or pale-colored dogs with scars already. Kyou, George, Munechika, and now Masachika too..

Not what happened, but it would be so funny if it really was Koyuk - she and Bella got taken in by humans (hence why Orion isn’t here, he’s trying to find them) and they’ve been missing for so long that not only has Yoshi forgotten about their existence... so has other dogs. and they’ve also forgotten them

Also wouldn't it be awful if Koyuki came back and BOTH Rigel and Orion got white kishu love interests at the same time. How tf are we going to be able to tell them all apart??

Like Noah’s silvery whitish color or Munechika’s pale ginger/apricot shade as seen in colored GDN images? I could find that an acceptable and refreshing change tbh

I won't lie, I thought that Rei was Koyuki at first. I'm calling it that she'll be either Rigel or Orion's mate by the end of the series. I'm hoping too that she has some extra colour on her, maybe some sandy colour or something would be nice. Maybe when the book gets released Yoshi will change her colour?

My prediction (and hope) is that this Rei character is going to be a one-off character. There's no way Yoshi is going to try and make use of a character design so uncreative...
