Ben is the same age as Cross, and was a hunting dog for much of his life. Do you think it's possible that, like Cross, he was bred and had offspring before Ken, George, and Minnie?

Well, we don't know for sure. At least I don't know if there's evidence that Ben previously mated with another female dog before he and Cross began dating. I read the entirety of GNG in English (fan-translation), and I don't recall a hint of it.

Unless there is a hint of evidence, we can headcanon that if we want. Or create an AU of it.

Seeing he's being a great hunting dog, and off that age, it's not unreasonable to believe he has other offspring out there. But it's not something being hinted at in the GNG-manga/anime.
