I just wanted to share some love for Mr. Goro Ohmi, who composed the soundtracks for this series that we all love! He is such an underrated composer and you can't even find much information about him. Besides GNG, he didn't compose a lot of anime music, except for some movies like Choujin Locke and Grey: Digital Target and series like Pygmalion.
However, along with GNG, I think one of his most famous compositions is the tokusatsu series, Hikari Sentai Maskman. Here you can hear a lot of GNG-like tunes! I love it!!! What do you think about Goro's music style?

Re: Goro Ohmi - The composer of GNG musics
Goro has a quite unique style, and in many of his compositions similar elements can be heard as in GNG. Even his Guin Saga albums contains some of those. It's unfortunate that generally he's pretty unknown composer, but his style fits perfectly for GNG in my opinion. And the Locke movie what you mentioned also has good soundtrack, so I think Goro is a good composer, just his works didn't get much attention sadly.
