Unable to register account

Hello, I am having trouble registering a new account. Every time I try, I get an error saying my email is already in use. I've tried three different email addresses and none of them work. Is there any way around this?

I tried to email you to say only 1 account is allowed at a time. You kept trying to register new accounts before an admin was online to approve your first one, that is why all your emails are in use!
