Which Character Degraded the Most?

So, you know how some characters degraded in canon? I think Weed and Kyoushiro are the most obvious examples, and I think you might be able to include characters like Gin and the oldies, just to name a few.

Who do you think degraded the most as a character? Whether they changed the most in a bad way or they went from supporting the story to becoming the most pointless character?

It's between Kyoushiro and Weed for me. I don't know if I can choose. But I want to see who everyone else says.

Because Weed always felt a little flexible in what he's really like, Kyoshiro gets the crown in my eyes.

But other characters I feel who can be called out for changing for no reason are: Hiro, Lydia, Sirius (ish), Rigel, and Cross (cause of her sexist comment).

I'd say Weed too and Sirius. From these two for me Sirius degraded the most

1) Kyoushiro/Jyoushiro
2) Weed
3) Sirius
4) Kurotora
5) Unsai

Kyoshiro and Weed hands down. It's like they're not even the same characters anymore

Honestly, most of the oldies from like GNG. I also agree with Sanda with Weed and Kyoshiro being degraded. Jerome was cool in GDW but Idk what happened to him past that. Sirius is completely fucking delusional with his ''Monsoon-senpai OwO!'' and ''Let's be fweinds!!''

Tesshin was a cool character in GDW. It's really sad to see how his character gets messed up, especially in TLW.
