I think hes really legendary and for a reason. He gathered all the dogs and commissioned the Order 66 on all of Akakabutos Fortresses Bears!

Best Ohu leader imo. Also loved his character development! Not something you see from the main Ginga family leaders - they tend to already be born powerful and great.
