It could happen. If I recall correctrly, GNG is on the Japanese netflix already
Is it? That's neat! I'm just unsure if they'd be willing to do an English release
That means that they will have to make a new dub, and I don’t think that they are willing to do that, since GNG isn’t really the biggest thing in the world.
Not necessarily, Netflix has had anime on there as sub only before.

But does there exist an English sub that is not a fanmade-sub?
Have a nice day!

I'm 99% sure it is. At least it was on netflix when I was there last time. So unless they removed it since, it should be on netflix
When was the time where you saw it on the Japanese Netflix server(s)?
2017.

No, but Netflix usually makes their own subs.

I actually didn’t know that. Interesting. But do they only make Engliss subs, or multiple different subs (you know, different languages)?

Depends on what countries they license it in I guess? Im not entirely sure (though it looks like on US Netflix, most things that aren't Netflix originals only have English subtitles/CC).
For example Netflix used to only have the Japanese with subs of Kill la Kill until they eventually got the rights to a pre-existing English dub. The subtitles were their own.

And of course, Netflix also has its own "Netflix original" anime, so they do all the subbing themselves for those too.

August survey is up! (the last one was both June and July)

https://sevenseasentertainment.com/

Ginga Nagareboshi Gin is now licenced on Manga Planet, so I suggest trying for Ginga Densetsu Weed!

hopeful to see more popularity for this manga, maybe it'll help latch english dubs for the anime? probably not but would be super cool!
